was appropriately hosted by the UNIVERSITY of MANITOBA,
one of the Circle's two Founding Members

The Memorable Event took place at the Hotel Inn at The Forks in Downtown Winnipeg,
at the Confluence of the Assiniboine & Red Rivers,
Thursday to Saturday, October 11-13, 2012
